• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Omniscripts. • Translate complex business and industry-specific requirements into scalable, performant technical designs. • Build and maintain custom applications, integrations, and automations. • Utilize Copado for CI/CD, version control, release management, and automated deployments. • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across the Salesforce development lifecycle. • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver innovative, user-centric features. • Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and support for live Salesforce environments. • Stay current on Salesforce and Vlocity platform releases, features, and best practices.

DUTIES: Manage and provide build and production support for all P3 Salesforce-based applications. This role will be pivotal in contributing to P3’s clinical applications strategy and growth of the organization. They will also work cross-functionally with end-users, managers, and the technology teams to ensure projects are in line with our business objectives and strategies. Provide new build and production support for all Salesforce applications. Build enhancements in the existing application based on user feedback. Work closely with the product managers. Manage and mentor junior and/or entry-level software developers. Ensure applications’ stability and availability to the users. Work closely with the QAs to ensure the defects are addressed in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce features and functionalities.
