Enterprise Solutions Engineer

• Partner with the Enterprise Sales team to support the entire customer journey, including discoveries, demos, workshops, managing trials, and uncovering expansion opportunities. • Align solutions with broader business goals and strategies, and simplify complex concepts into impactful solutions. • Confidently present to C-Suite stakeholders both in-person and virtually. • You will bring a deep understanding of MarTech and can scope and design end-to-end custom solutions leveraging APIs and automation tools. • Knowledge of Jasper’s architecture and security protocols, and how they pertain to industry regulations. • Effectively communicate and partner with sales, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams at Jasper. • Develop relationships with cross-functional teams and build expertise beyond the Solutions Engineering role. • Travel and represent Jasper at customer onsites, conferences, and industry events.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience working complex, 6-figure deals with a proven track record at a SaaS company (preferably with a startup background).
  • Deep understanding of the MarTech space and proficient selling to marketers.
  • Value-led approach to selling, where you can quantify the business impact of technology investments.
  • You thrive at working in a fast-paced environment with minimal management or guidance.
  • You are a recognized leader among your peers, customers, and the industry(s) you support.
  • Experience working with APIs, building custom POCs, and working with iPaas solutions (Workato is a plus).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across various personas, in particular C-Suite and IT leaders
  • A foundational understanding of AI (LLMs, RAG, prompting) is a plus, including skills in crafting, optimizing, and iterating prompts for GenAI applications.
  • You are passionate about AI and actively integrate it into your workflows — using it to elevate customer outcomes, streamline your work, and continuously expand your capabilities.

Job Summary The Principal Solution Architect - Splunk is a field-based technical pre-sales role that focuses on developing comprehensive security solutions for CDW customers.
