Job Description - Manage end-to-end project administration across active engagements, including Advisory Session staffing and resource schedule maintenance. - Partner with Resource Managers to track open staffing needs, raise resource requests, and keep allocations aligned with project requirements. - Monitor project timelines and flag risks or gaps before they become delivery issues. - Apply an AI-first mindset to administrative workflows, actively identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks, reduce friction, and improve data accuracy. - Use and help improve operational tooling to support a scalable, efficient delivery model. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in project administration, project coordination, or a similar operational support role. - A self-starting work style with strong organizational instincts, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion without close oversight. - Comfort working across multiple projects and geographies simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines without losing the details. - Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms and an interest in applying them to operational workflows. - Proficiency in PSA tools and the Microsoft 365 suite. - Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive communication style, you flag issues early and keep stakeholders informed. - An analytical mindset with interest in building reports, dashboards, or operational tracking tools from scratch. Candidates with data and reporting experience will find plenty of room to create here. - Background in professional services, consulting delivery, or customer success is a strong plus. The Project Manager role is a specialized role function within the UK realization team (Kardex C3 Process) and is part of the New Business country team. As a key member of the realization team, the Project Manager will undertake the ownership of a New Business project from point of order through to final acceptance by the customer, meeting project milestones. Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, you will have a critical role to play in aligning suppliers, ensuring robust cost management, and delivering projects with Health and Safety considerations at the forefront. The role will require participation in customer presentations, site meeting and other project related pre-sale and post sales activities. These are generally to be performed in conjunction with other colleagues but may also be required to be undertaken on your own. Your tasks The Project Manager role is both a technical and support role within the New Business organization. You are required to present Kardex Remstar in a professional manner to clients in regard to pre and post sales/project support and to improve upon projects delivery costs without affecting quality of service or delivery. Offering guidance and support to New Business colleagues in ensuring projects can be realized in a safe and efficient manner is also an important area of the role. The primary function is to ensure that the delivery and quality of the delivery of a project is kept in line with Kardex C3 processes and budget indicators.
