Cold Outreach Specialist – Business Development

• Cold Email Outreach: Build and manage high-volume cold email campaigns, write compelling copy, manage domains and sending reputation, track performance metrics. • Cold Calling: Execute structured cold calling outreach, follow scripts, conduct discovery, schedule sales appointments or demos. • Multi-Channel Prospecting: Use LinkedIn outreach and research ideal customer profiles, build lead lists, create outreach workflows. • Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM data, provide weekly reporting, and optimize outreach strategies based on performance.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound lead generation or sales development
- Proven success booking meetings through cold email and cold calling
- Deep understanding of outbound tools: inbox warmers, sequencing software, CRM, lead enrichment platforms, VoIP tools, etc.
- Strong copywriting skills for cold email
- Excellent communication skills on the phone
- Ability to stay organized and manage high-volume outreach
- KPI-driven, competitive, and energized by hitting targets.
