Talent Acquisition Systems – Enablement Specialist

Veeam Software

• Configure updates in recruiting systems and tools to improve usability, consistency, and data quality • Implement practical solutions that balance user needs, global standards, and long-term sustainability • Evaluate system and process needs to support consistent, scalable recruiting practices • Manage and triage incoming tickets and requests, clarifying needs, tracking progress, and communicating updates • Improve system health and data quality by resolving recurring issues and implementing preventative enhancements • Coordinate testing and rollout for changes, including user validation, communications, and lightweight documentation • Deliver enablement and training that improves adoption and builds confidence across global teams

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of talent acquisition operations, recruiting, or a closely related field
  • Hands-on experience configuring and administering an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Knowledge of end-to-end recruiting workflows (intake, requisition setup, job posting, interviews, offers, approvals, and handoffs)
  • Demonstrated ability to gather recruiter and hiring manager input and implement system, process, and enablement improvements
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and process consistency
  • Ability to provide clear recommendations, including thoughtful pushback when needed
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
