• Designs, codes, tests, corrects and documents complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications • Take part in reviews of own work and leads reviews of colleagues' work • Specifies user/system interfaces and translates logical designs into physical designs • Produces detailed designs and documents all work using required standards, methods and tools • Work directly with the business to support various projects and solutions • Responsible for developing PowerApps model and canvas driven apps • Utilize problem-solving skills to understand process pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise • Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365 technologies • Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing • Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.

• Define and execute the global developer marketing strategy to drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy among developers and AI/ML engineers. • Lead developer acquisition programs, ensuring they deliver measurable developer engagement. • Collaborate with Demand Gen on paid marketing for developers. • Establish and nurture a vibrant developer community through events, forums, hackathons, and online content. • Oversee the creation of technical content, tutorials, sample applications, and other resources that empower developers to succeed. • Measure and analyze the impact of developer marketing initiatives, using data to refine tactics and improve engagement over time.

• Design, model, analyze and validate power electronic topologies, converters and components for Voltage Source Converters (VSC), Modular Multilevel Converters (MMC) for HVDC and FACTS applications. • Validate performance of developed solutions through simulations, supporting prototyping, and testing. • Lead and take ownership of the development of requirement specifications, design specifications and test specifications • Document technology and results through patent applications, technical reports, and publications. • Contribute to and lead the development of new products and advanced technological solutions within the HVDC and FACTS market • Mentor and guide a team of engineers in achieving the business objectives • Support the control and the system design teams to develop optimal holistic solutions • Develop design and sizing design tools • Ensure that solutions adopted are both technically appropriate and that GE Vernova has freedom to utilize these solutions. • Ensure that work performed considers applicable international standards and policies. • Transfer technology to engineering teams in GE Vernova to be included in next generation products and services. • Stay current with advances in system technologies to seek out new ideas and applications. • Work in an exciting international team environment with colleagues across GE Vernova and partners from industry, academia, and government agencies • Define, plan, and manage development activities independently • Participate in gate review meetings, design review meetings and quality processes • Ensure GE’s Health and Safety processes are adhered to by personnel
