Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist About the role: We are looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Paid Media team. This role is critical in streamlining and executing digital advertising campaigns while ensuring efficiency in campaign management and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid media, data analysis, and digital marketing strategies with a focus on advertising to the EMEA region. - Responsibilities: - EMEA Market Expert: Set-up “local-first” programs which prioritize localized content and creative and have a pulse on top trends in the EMEA and MENA markets as well as a solid understanding of GDPR and country regulations. Serve as the main point of contact with EMEA Marketing stakeholders. - Hybrid Campaign Management: Comfortable in managing external agencies as well as executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels, including Google, LinkedIn, Reddit and Meta. - Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization. - Ad Operations Support: Assist in campaign setup, audience segmentation, and bid management to drive efficiency and improve ROI. - A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests to refine ad creatives, targeting strategies, and messaging for maximum impact. - Budget & Bidding Strategies: Manage budgets effectively, implementing bidding strategies that maximize return on investment. - Marketing Operations: Work closely with Marketing Operations team to support lead routing production including setting up lead routing/syncing, lead flow investigation, vendor onboarding, system troubleshooting - Project Management: Ensure all necessary assets, including ad creatives and copy, are received in a timely manner for campaign launches. Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain campaign schedules and deadlines. - Automation & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline manual tasks and improve workflow efficiency. - Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the rest of the paid media team to align goals, share insights, and support strategic initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant to the broader marketing organization, providing guidance on campaign strategy, planning, and execution - Qualifications & Experience: - - - **REQUIRED** Strong GDPR knowledge and experience working with localized B2B publishers in EMEA. - 5+ years of experience in paid media and digital advertising. - Strong expertise in Google SEM, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms. - Proficiency in campaign performance analysis, data interpretation, and reporting. - Experience with techstack tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce CRM, and Marketo. - Strong understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking. - Experience with A/B testing methodologies and optimization techniques. - Proficiency in project management tools like Asana - A great teammate and self-starter that is comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, taking initiative with limited resources, and making data driven and decisions - Excellent written and verbal communications skills - Comfortable managing multiple assignments with competing priorities and tight deadlines #LI-KY1 The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. Summary Description: Lyrasis is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Creative Director, that works collaboratively to create and deliver strong digital engagement for Lyrasis and its sub-brands. Lyrasis is strategically focused on content and scholarly communication, licensing, open access, community-supported software and hosting services, and eBooks and community engagement. This position works to disseminate information to more than 3,000 members and active users of Lyrasis services. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work across the Marketing and Communications (MarComm) team to deliver campaigns focused on social media, website performance, and user experience to advance Lyrasis and its 24+ solutions. This includes defining and working on digital marketing campaigns, including designing and creating digital content for Lyrasis' websites, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, collateral conferences, web assets and more.
