Job Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level);
- Experience in a technical support role;
- Experience with VPS setup and management;
- Strong understanding of Windows Server administration;
- Familiarity with trading platforms such as TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader;
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills;
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
