Technical Support Consultant, Trading & VPS

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level);
  • Experience in a technical support role;
  • Experience with VPS setup and management;
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server administration;
  • Familiarity with trading platforms such as TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader;
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills;
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude;
  • Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
