We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to lead our paid user acquisition efforts across B2C and lead acquisition for B2B. In an increasingly complex SaaS environment, you will operate as a high-impact IC, owning all paid marketing channels. This role’s responsibilities will include search engine marketing (SEM / PPC), social media marketing (SMM), budget management, lead generation, keyword research, measuring data and analytics, working cross functionally with Sales and Product Marketing, and more. A key focus will be leveraging AI and new tooling to drive efficiency and scale. This role reports directly to the Senior Lead of Acquisition. Responsibilities: - Direct strategy and execution of all paid acquisition across B2C and B2B - Work cross functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand & Content, and more - Set and manage monthly and quarterly budgets and goals for paid marketing - Own SEM, SMM, OTT, Reddit, and all other paid marketing channels - Implement and oversee marketing automation and advanced tooling to streamline workflows - A/B test new channels, ad types, messaging/targeting, and more - Be data-driven, keeping us honest to monthly and quarterly goals for paid growth - Experience Required: - 5+ years of paid marketing experience - 3 years of experience owning Paid Search (SEM) - 3 years of experience owning Paid Social (SMM) - Experience owning large marketing budgets (8 figures annually) - Strong experience in both B2C and B2B acquisition - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and project management skills - Confident in pushing back on "bad ideas" or low-impact requests through data-backed reasoning - Experience in SaaS is a plus - While Teachable maintains our NY office for local employees to use, we operate as a remote-first culture in order to give our employees added flexibility.
