About the Role We’re looking for a talented Associate Industrial Designer to help shape the future of our product line. In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life—from early concepts to production-ready designs—while ensuring every product delivers exceptional usability, performance, and aesthetics. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to create innovative, manufacturable designs that elevate the customer experience. • Contribute to client engagements focused on defining AI strategies, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans. • Lead independent workstreams within larger projects, ensuring deliverables are insightful, well-structured, and aligned to client objectives. • Conduct analysis of business processes, data flows, and technology ecosystems to identify AI and automation opportunities. • Support the design of responsible, human-centered AI operating models and governance frameworks. • Partner with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, and change management specialists—to deliver AI-enabled solutions. • Assist in developing go-to-market materials, frameworks, and client proposals that showcase Huron’s AI capabilities. • Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes leveraging agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and workflow automation tools. • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and frameworks, bringing forward innovative ideas for client and firm initiatives. • Contribute to thought leadership and internal knowledge-sharing on AI transformation topics.

• Define and execute the vision for AI-driven web scraping, aligning with Circana’s broader data strategy. • Develop processes to identify, extract, and integrate data from external sources using advanced AI techniques. • Implement AI and machine learning models to enhance web crawling, data parsing, and classification of scraped content. • Ensure all scraping activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, using non-intrusive methods. • Recruit and lead a specialized team focused on web scraping and AI innovation. • Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver data assets for new services.

• Define and execute the vision of building and leveraging state-of-the-art OCR capabilities to solve complex business problems in Retail/Consumer space. • Partner with various product groups to identify application and opportunities. • Partner with other Product and Engineering teams to develop and integrate these capabilities. • Drive innovation to drive new capabilities and continue to improve KPIs of existing capabilities (speed, cost, accuracy, coverage). • Lead the development of capabilities that can execute at large scale (millions of documents everyday with response in seconds), high accuracy and precision. • Ensure all extraction activities adhere to legal and ethical standards. • Recruit and lead a specialized team focused in this area
