Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fast typing speed (at least 50 wpm or above)
  • Tech-savvy and a fast learner
  • Customer-focused
  • Ability to work under stress to achieve targets
  • Previous experience with Zendesk is a plus
  • College degree or equivalent preferred

Qualifications - NextGen experience a plus. - Medical Billing background. - Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor. - The ability to work under tight deadlines. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer service focused aptitude. - Detail-oriented individuals who are team players highly self-motivated. - Teamwork and collaboration skills. - Time management and organization skills. - Integrity to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive business data. - Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment. - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer. - Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds at times.
