• Legal Advisory Support: Assist in handling requests from various areas (Finance, Tax, HR, etc.). • Document Drafting: Support the drafting and review of routine and low-complexity legal documents, such as bonus agreements and contract drafts. • Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research in doctrine, case law, and academic articles to support the team's advisory work. • Partnership Management: Assist in organizing and monitoring strategic partnership agreements. • Mobility Support: Assist with legal processes related to employee transfers between countries (especially Brazil, the U.S., and Canada). • Organization and Tracking: Ensure the team's email flow and activities are up to date, demonstrating a strong sense of priority and urgency.
Job Requirements
- Education: Law student (preferably between the 6th and 8th semester).
- English: Advanced/Fluent (essential for reading documents and interacting with global teams).
- Behavioral Profile: Resilience, proactivity, excellent organization, and a collaborative mindset.
- Previous internship experience in a corporate environment or at multinational companies.
- Experience working in technology companies.
- Knowledge of international communication culture (especially the U.S.).
Benefits
