• Audit healthcare claims on behalf of our private health insurance clients to detect and recover overpayment. • Review clinical documentations submitted by providers. • Provide insights into hospital billing practices that will improve the Company’s ability to detect and recover overpayments. • Support the growth of the Payment Integrity Practice by supporting business development activities. • Strictly respect the confidentiality of all sensitive company and client information.

• Serve as the primary major gift representative to a portfolio of 100-150 of the organization’s major gift donors. • Generate a minimum of $3M annually in charitable gift contributions including financial and planned gifts to advance K-LOVE ministries. • Participate in each step of the donor pipeline including identification; qualification through research; cultivation; briefing; request for support; and prompt follow-up, stewardship, and recognition. • Develop individual donor strategies to renew and upgrade donor gifts. • Move donors to solicitation and closure in an appropriate and timely fashion. • Provide active stewardship to those donors, keeping them apprised of ministry activities, the impact of their gifts, and opportunities to engage in ministry activities to engage those donors more fully in the ministry of K-LOVE and spreading the word and love of Christ. • Collaborate with Donor Engagement and Program teams to enhance donor relationships and create greater fundraising and outreach possibilities. • Participate in departmental portfolio review process and partners in maintaining an organized system for donor stewardship by updating constituent records, as appropriate. • Periodically participate in regional and national events that involved assigned portfolio donors. • Ensure all calls, events, stewardship contacts, and information gathered in those activities are recorded in the donor’s data record. • Participate actively in Staff Meetings, Summits and Retreats. • Adhere to guidelines and administrative procedures including submitting expense reimbursements, invoices, and contact report. • Other duties as assigned to advance the K-LOVE ministries.
