• Own the AI context layer — write and maintain CLAUDE.md and skill files with the same rigor you'd apply to a CI/CD pipeline. These are the primary guardrail for non-engineers using Claude Code. • Own the CI/CD layer — feature flag enforcement, automated PR review, Playwright smoke tests, Cloudwatch alerts. • Enforce frontend standards automatically — not through checklists, but through gates that reject non-compliant code before it merges. • Keep observability tight — automated alerting on platform changes and key experiment metrics, so regressions surface before anyone notices. • Contribute to dead code removal on both frontend and backend, reducing the risk surface and giving Claude a cleaner codebase to reason about. • Automate documentation so it stays in sync with the codebase — Claude should never be working off stale context. • Help close out the ongoing Rails to AWS migration, a dependency for the broader platform guardrails work. • Contribute to the shared infrastructure that makes the whole team faster, not just your own work.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, code samples (Kotlin/Java), and tutorials that demonstrate best practices for API implementation on Vonage's APIs on Android. • Host webinars, workshops, and hackathons to educate developers on building and scaling mobile-driven solutions. • Develop and maintain tools that help keep API documentation current, including automated testing of code samples and integration examples. • Gather and analyze developer feedback to identify opportunities for tooling improvements and new automation solutions. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure tooling aligns with platform capabilities and developer needs.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, code samples (Swift/ObjectiveC), and tutorials that demonstrate best practices for API implementation on Vonage's APIs on iOS. • Host webinars, workshops, and hackathons to educate developers on building and scaling mobile-driven solutions. • Develop and maintain tools that help keep API documentation current, including automated testing of code samples and integration examples. • Gather and analyze developer feedback to identify opportunities for tooling improvements and new automation solutions. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure tooling aligns with platform capabilities and developer needs.

• Contribute to and own features across our core backend services: webhooks, email notifications, authentication, and our app marketplace. • Build and maintain SDKs (Go, Python, PHP) that help thousands of developers integrate Paddle faster. • Help mature our API practices and processes, reviewing API changes, improving consistency, and ensuring we don't ship things we'll regret. • Work with AWS services (ECS, SQS, EventBridge, and more) to keep Paddle's infrastructure performant and reliable. • Perform code reviews and contribute constructively to your teammates' work. • Contribute to documentation, both internal and developer-facing, so the knowledge you build doesn't stay siloed. • Work closely with engineers, product managers, and technical writers to shape what great developer experience actually looks like at Paddle.
