• Manage and further develop Shopware customers in both 1:1 and scalable 1:n formats (e.g., regular coordination meetings, business reviews). • Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships — proactive, structured and prioritized. • Serve as the central point of contact for customer requests across multiple communication channels. • Identify, manage and implement initiatives for customer development with a focus on retention, cross- and upselling, and renewals. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Support, Marketing, Finance) to ensure optimal customer care. • Attend events and industry conferences to maintain networks and position Shopware.
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in customer management, account management or a comparable role — ideally in the digital or e-commerce environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with a good sense for customer needs.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify development and growth potential within customer accounts.
- Basic technical understanding and experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Confident presence, negotiation skills and a structured working approach.
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Team-oriented with enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
