Sales Development Representative
PR Volt
• Generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients through various prospecting techniques such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach • Respond to all warm leads within 10 minutes via both email and phone • Qualify warm leads with the aim of booking a demo • Conduct qualification calls with the aim of booking a demo • Collaborating with the team to improve lead generation efforts • Maintaining an up-to-date and organized pipeline using our CRM system, tracking all communication and ensuring accurate reporting • Provide daily reporting on response times, qualification rates, and demo bookings • Collaborate with the sales team to refine qualification processes and improve conversion outcomes • Lead cold calling efforts
Job Requirements
- Native-level English writing and speaking skills
- At least 2 years of sales or business development experience. Preferably within the B2B SaaS or PR/Marketing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for CRM management and reporting
- Comfortable working towards KPIs, including lead response time, qualification rate, and demo bookings
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Close, or Pipedrive
- A self-starter mentality and a passion for driving new business growth
- Experience with cold calling
- Experience in PR/Marketing industry.
- Experience in B2B SaaS and/or Managed Services B2B
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
