• Prospect Generation: Identify and research potential clients that fit our ideal customer profile. • Outreach: Initiate and manage meaningful conversations with prospects through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels. • Educate and Qualify: Clearly articulate our value proposition while understanding the needs of potential clients, qualifying leads for the sales team. • Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve processes. • Track and Optimize: Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads, track performance, and adjust strategies based on data. • Innovate: Suggest new ideas for lead generation, outreach campaigns, and strategies to enhance results.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in sales (outsourcing firm experience is an advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and outreach tools; ability to learn new systems and processes with ease.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Comfortable with rejection, and motivated to iterate and improve based on feedback.
