BIM Coordinator/Manager

Baltic Assist

Role Description We’re looking for a BIM Coordinator/Manager to lead BIM delivery across multiple building services projects. In this role, you’ll act as the key link between the engineering team and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality BIM models, smooth coordination, and efficient project execution. You’ll work closely with international teams and play a critical role in setting standards, improving workflows, and supporting engineers in delivering complex HVAC and piping designs. How you’ll spend your day - Coordinating BIM activities across multiple projects and teams - Acting as the main point of contact for BIM-related topics (internally & with clients) - Ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance of BIM models (Revit) - Managing clash detection, model reviews, and issue resolution - Supporting and mentoring Mid/Senior BIM Engineers - Defining and improving BIM standards, templates, and workflows - Planning and tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables - Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders - Handling escalations and solving complex coordination challenges Qualifications - Proven experience in BIM/MEP engineering - Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and BIM coordination - Proven experience working on complex, multi-disciplinary projects - Experience with BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks or similar) - Solid understanding of HVAC systems and piping design - Experience in team coordination, mentoring, or project leadership - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Fluency in English (German is a strong advantage) - Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail Benefits - Flexible working arrangements and a hybrid/remote work model - Proportional, risk-based operational setup - Collaborate with experienced engineering teams from different countries - Gain experience with international standards and best practices - Open and friendly company culture, great colleagues, company events & teambuildings
