Quality Control Engineer

Heck Yeah Games LLC

• Review requirements, specifications and user stories to provide timely and meaningful feedback • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans • Test cases: Estimate, priorities, plan and coordinate testing activities • Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs • Monitor debugging process results • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts-stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies • Remotely collaborate with other team members to define, design, and ship new features requirements

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of software QC methodologies, tools and processes
  • Testing Mobile Applications
  • Testing web services and APIs
  • Knowledge of white box and black box testing
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools for Mobile, Web & API
  • Knowledge of performance and security testing
  • Proven experience in at least one of the following areas of testing: automation, performance, security
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
  • ISTQB certification
  • Passion for learning and process improvement
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Strong understanding of software development cycles
  • Knowledge of Azure & AppCenter Testing is a plus

Description Piping Engineering & Analysis Synopsis The Piping Engineering & Analysis discipline performs evaluations for piping systems in accordance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.7, and other codes as applicable to the specific evaluation being performed. The Piping Engineering & Analysis discipline also performs the following specialty topics. - Vibration monitoring and analysis to evaluate system operational vibrations associated with plant modifications and operating events, and to provide vibration prevention and mitigation solutions and designs. - Evaluation of hydraulic transients, evaluation of piping systems for thermal stratification effects, operability evaluations, and qualification of piping for hydrodynamic loads. - Pipe rupture evaluations, evaluation of pipe wall thinning due to flow accelerated corrosion (FAC) or microbiological induced corrosion (MIC), and pipe flaw evaluations. Position Specific Details Provides senior level technical direction and supervision to the project team members in his/her discipline. Establishes project task schedules and budgets for his/her discipline to meet overall project requirements. Coordinates activities between disciplines.
