• Administer and maintain SaaS platforms: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, and Jira. • Ensure ≥99.9% service availability, reliability, and performance. • Implement and enforce SaaS security configurations aligned with CIS benchmarks and vendor best practices. • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between SaaS platforms and internal systems. • Provide L2/L3 support for collaboration platform-related issues. • Generate monthly reports on platform usage, adoption, system performance, and incident trends. • Manage platform updates, patches, and feature rollouts.

• Implement and manage IAM solutions using Okta and SailPoint (IIQ / IdentityNow) • Configure and support SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC) integrations • Manage Identity Lifecycle (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) processes including provisioning and de-provisioning • Design and maintain RBAC models, role mappings, and access policies • Integrate IAM platforms with applications, directories (Active Directory / Azure AD / LDAP), and HR systems • Perform access reviews, certifications, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis • Provide L2/L3 support, incident management, and root cause analysis (RCA) • Develop automation workflows, APIs, and custom connectors • Maintain IAM documentation, audit evidence, and compliance reports • Track and report IAM metrics, SLAs, and operational performance

• Own the functional architecture for Zuora Revenue within the Q2C ecosystem • Design compliant revenue recognition solutions supporting subscriptions, usage, multi-element arrangements, SSP allocations, contract modifications, and bundled offerings • Serve as the functional authority on ASC 606 • Lead revenue design workshops with Accounting, Controllership, FP&A, and auditors • Translate complex contractual and pricing constructs into scalable Zuora Revenue configurations • Drive system implementations, conversions, and acquisitions onboarding • Influence executive-level decisions through structured analysis • Govern upstream and downstream revenue data flows • Implement strong reconciliation frameworks across Billing → Revenue → ERP GL • Champion automation of revenue schedules, journal postings, re-allocations, and reporting • Partner with Accounting to support month-end and quarter-end close • Enable scalable reporting for waterfalls, backlog, contract balances, and revenue KPIs • Act as a trusted advisor to Finance, Accounting, IT, and Business leaders on revenue systems strategy and compliance • Lead cross-functional revenue initiatives across teams and vendors • Mentor and strengthen internal revenue system capability
