Executive Virtual Assistant, Operations & Marketing

• Respond to guest emails, reviews, and donation requests with warmth and professionalism • Communicate with vendors, event leads, and community partners • Manage job applicant replies, interview scheduling, and onboarding paperwork • Pull and summarize daily sales reports from Toast (POS) • Compile manager feedback and shift notes from 7Shifts • Track and organize inventory reports via BevSpot • Maintain and update SOPs, checklists, and training materials using Jolt • Assist with weekly ordering by compiling supply lists • Design flyers, social graphics, and templates using Canva • Update weekly food & drink specials, menus, and event promotions • Support building and sending the weekly email newsletter • Coordinate with printers for menu edits and branded materials • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for events and seasonal campaigns

Job Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Proficient with: Google Suite & MS Office
  • Canva (design & templates)
  • Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram scheduling)
  • Comfortable working with multiple platforms and systems
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in hospitality or multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment (preferred)

Role Description We are in the business of home ownership and are looking for a Closing Coordinator who will find a career home with us. This non-exempt role is for someone who enjoys customer service and working in a fast-paced, team-centered environment as you will be responsible for collaborating with multiple parties to facilitate the closing process in a timely manner. As a Closing Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating all aspects of finalizing the loan closing process.
