• Identify and qualify leads through inbound and outbound activities, including calls, emails, and online inquiries. • Maintain an up-to-date and organized CRM with accurate lead and customer information. • Proactively contact prospective customers to promote products/services and close sales. • Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals to meet customer needs. • Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress toward monthly and quarterly sales goals. • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and achieve revenue objectives. • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers. • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to issues. • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are fully equipped to use products/services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
