Preventative Maintenance Technician
Bloom Energy
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on fuel cell systems • Familiarity with standard PM work practices using an IR camera and gas leak detector • Maintain a service vehicle • Basic knowledge of how to use and maintain standard operating programs and applications using digital technology such as laptops, smartphones, and tablets • Maintain spare part and tool inventories • Work with customers to access facilities • Document and report on work performed using standard company computer programs • Dispatch from an area within the given service territory and advantageous for Field Service operations • Travel within the Region in performance of duties (15ft, occasionally ascends/descends a ladder and/or elevated platform • Ability to stand, bend, push, pull, consistently daily.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Time spent working on machinery, engines, appliances, or electrical equipment -AND/OR- Active or reserve duty military
- Basic understanding of working safely, especially with electricity and in construction/industrial environments
- Team player who exhibits a high degree of integrity and professionalism
- Motivated and able to work independently
- Capable of following procedures as written
- Demonstrates self-initiative and sound judgment
- Basic electrical/mechanical aptitude
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Able to communicate effectively in English in both written and verbal form to facilitate duties as required
- Ability to work with typical mechanical hand tools and equipment
- Communicates clearly in technical capacity, both written and verbal
- Able to navigate the basic use of a laptop
- Preferred experience driving a large van or truck
- Clean driving record required.

As our Experiential Marketing team continues to grow, we’re hiring a seasoned Events Manager to help scale how we plan, execute, and operationalize our programs. This is a newly created role focused on building the systems, processes, and infrastructure that power our events and team. This role is approximately 60% event operations and systems-building, and 40% event production, with travel required at least once per quarter. As an Events Manager, you’ll play a critical role in enabling our Tier 1 conferences, including Config, by owning end-to-end event technology and establishing strong operational foundations for the team. You’ll also contribute to the execution of smaller community events and third-party sponsorships, helping ensure consistency and quality across every touchpoint. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. Role Description We are seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven, and strategic Sponsorships & Events Manager to lead Businessolver’s experiential marketing efforts and manage a team responsible for executing high-impact sponsorships and events. This role is central to elevating the Businessolver brand, strengthening client and partner relationships, and driving measurable pipeline impact. The ideal candidate is both a strong strategist and a hands-on leader who can guide a team while executing flawlessly. The Gig: - Event Strategy & Execution - Develop and lead the event strategy for conferences, client summits, field marketing activations, executive dinners, and hosted experiences. - Oversee the team responsible for event logistics, including budgets, timelines, vendor management, venue coordination, and on-site execution. - Ensure event strategies align with pipeline goals through proactive attendee targeting, customized engagement plans, and coordinated post-event follow-up. - Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure event experiences strengthen relationships and support revenue outcomes. - Sponsorship Management - Lead the planning and execution of Businessolver’s strategic sponsorships and experiential partnerships. - Serve as the primary liaison with sponsorship partners, hospitality teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of all activations. - Guide the team in activating sponsorship assets—including branding, hospitality, digital content, and on-site engagement—to ensure alignment with revenue and brand goals. - Oversee tracking of sponsorship deliverables, deadlines, benefits, and performance metrics to maximize ROI. - Team Leadership & Development - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of event and sponsorship professionals, fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture. - Provide coaching, structure, and support to help the team prioritize projects, manage workloads, and deliver best-in-class experiences. - Encourage innovative thinking and continuous improvement across sponsorship and event execution. - Establish best practices, standardized processes, and scalable workflows across all events and experiential programs. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Revenue Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing to align event and sponsorship strategies with broader GTM priorities. - Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure teams are equipped with the right tools, messaging, and engagement strategies for each event. - Collaborate with Brand and Content teams to create cohesive event narratives, signage, presentations, and supporting materials. - Measurement & Optimization - Oversee event and sponsorship performance tracking using KPIs such as pipeline influence, engagement, account participation, and ROI. - Deliver comprehensive post-event and post-sponsorship reporting, including insights and optimization recommendations. - Leverage data to refine event and sponsorship strategies, improve performance, and identify new experiential opportunities. - Vendor & Budget Management - Oversee vendor relationships, including agencies, production companies, travel partners, A/V teams, venues, and hospitality providers. - Manage budgets across all events and sponsorships, ensuring responsible investment and clear documentation of costs and returns. - Implement scalable processes that support consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence across the team. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 5–8 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, sponsorship activation, or related fields (ideally in B2B, SaaS, or technology). - Experience leading, developing, or managing a team required. - Proven experience managing or activating large-scale sponsorships, experiential partnerships, or branded events strongly preferred. - Exceptional project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple programs simultaneously while guiding a team to excellence. - Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across vendors, partners, executives, and internal teams. - Demonstrated ability to connect experiential programs to pipeline impact and business outcomes. - Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with event platforms, CRM systems, and marketing tools. - A collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and passion for creating memorable, high-impact experiences. Requirements - The pay range for this position is 95K to 123K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data). - This role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.
