Hospital Details Ballard Rehab Hospital, located in San Bernardino, CA is a 60 bed rehab facility providing rehabilitative services to people recovering from disabilities caused by injuries or illnesses. We help our patients regain their physical or cognitive abilities so they can return home at their highest level of independence. Responsibilities Responsible for the filling and dispensing of medication orders, including the proper handling, usage and storage of drugs in the Pharmacy. Maintain standards set forth by the department and translate policies and procedures into daily operations. Responsible for acting as an information resource to patients, physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals regarding medication therapy and drug-related information and literature. Provides a coordination effort, in conjunction with the medical staff and nursing, in the delivery of quality and cost-effective drug therapies to patients. Participates in the hospital Antibiotic Stewardship Program with a focus on patient safety and public health. Demonstrates a competency to provide pharmaceutical care to patients of all relevant age groups. Provides leadership in the absence of the Director as assigned. Required Skills: - Bachelor of Science Degree from a College/School of Pharmacy required. - Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Pharmacist in the state of employment required. Additional Qualifications/Skills: - Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred. - Experience with pharmacokinetics and anticoagulation preferred. - TPN experience preferred. - Current, valid and active BLS and ACLS certifications from a Vibra-approved vendor preferred. Previous acute care experienced preferred. - Automated pharmacy dispensing. IV Laminar flow hood. - Electronic medical records experienced preferred. Posted Total Compensation The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55.12 to $67.19

Qualifications - The minimum educational qualification is a college diploma or university degree related to Information Technology Programming. - Possess software development skills, programming skills, web programming skills, networking skills, IT security skills, and have programmed in an object-oriented language. - A minimum of five years (full-time equivalent) of recent and related occupational experience in information technology, specifically in software development and programming languages. - Specific technical occupational knowledge and skill in software programs related to the IT Programming field. - Demonstrated experience liaising with business and industry in your field. - Familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, E-mail, and video conferencing software like MS Teams. - Comfortable working in a digital environment and committed to using technology in support of an exceptional student experience. - Ideally, have related experience in the delivery of educational programs or training to adults. - Occupational experience that includes providing performance feedback will be considered an asset. - Knowledge and experience in applying WHMIS, Occupational Health and Safety, and occupation-specific safety practices. - Comfortable using multi-media technologies and a variety of platforms for engaging students in online and blended learning capacities. - Ability to teach effectively in an online/blended environment, including building knowledge of best practices for course delivery and management. - Willing to participate in training for online/blended teaching if previous experience is lacking. Benefits - The salary scale for NSCC Faculty ranges from $74,170.79 - $102,223.12. - New Faculty may receive up to a maximum of five steps for relevant occupational experience and up to an additional four steps for full-time equivalent years of instructional experience. - The maximum a new Faculty can expect to receive is nine steps or $95,478.45. • Act as an escalation point for IT Support, resolving complex incidents and requests while ensuring SLOs and OLAs are met • Maintain and administer core SaaS platforms including Okta, Atlassian, Google Workspace, Jamf, and Intune • Execute and improve user lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, access management) • Support and optimize Jira Service Management workflows, SLAs, and asset data • Maintain accuracy of asset and license data across systems such as Torii, Jamf, and Firstbase • Monitor system health and perform regular maintenance, updates, and improvements • Deliver small-to-medium changes, configuration updates, and improvements with a focus on low risk and clear communication • Create and maintain clear, structured documentation in Notion for support processes and runbooks • Analyze support trends and ticket data to identify friction and propose practical improvements • Implement workflow improvements and automation to reduce repetitive tasks • Support the preparation of systems and documentation for AI-assisted IT workflows
