• You will be responsible for leading the creation and management of the Company's data products that solve enterprise business problems in areas such as marketing, analytics, consumer research, and demand forecasting. • Understand and document business needs for which the Company's consumer data is well-suited to provide solutions • Structure a data solution to address each need, using existing tools and off-the-shelf data component products, plus data science and engineering • Design and oversee the development of user interfaces and experiences to explore and access the Company's data solutions, via standalone software interfaces or, as appropriate, via partner solutions • Work with marketing, ops, and sales to structure go-to-market offerings
Job Requirements
- Significant experience and a track record in building successful data and analytic products
- An understanding of how data is used in enterprise environments to drive business processes, especially those related to marketing and sales
- Deep experience in one or more of the industries where the Company operates, such as consumer products and retail, financial services, health and pharma, or B2B software
- Strength and familiarity with designing UI and UX solutions for data and analytic products and solutions
- Strong understanding of and experience with Agile methodologies
- Understanding of Web and API architecture
- Hands-on ability to work with big data, e.g. querying, structuring, and generating insight via mainstream tools
- Knowledge and experience using statistics in a data context

Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range. • Exceed quota for referral leads and closed opportunities that Verndale refers to our partners. • Exceed quota for revenue that results from inbound partner leads. • Execute a successful partnership strategy to grow Verndale’s market share. • Be the face of Verndale to our partners, own relationships with relevant partner stakeholders, act as day-to-day contact. • Drive monthly and quarterly results meetings. • Report on results both internally and with partners. • Liaise with Marketing to identify co-branded campaigns w/partners that drive bi-directional lead flow. • Liaise with Verndale & Partner field sales reps to facilitate tactical joint selling activities, increase Verndale mindshare at the field & sales management levels. • Assist in finding new potential partners that align with and/or complement Verndale’s business model. • Develop a deep understanding of Partner product lines and market trends.
