• Independently manage the day-to-day administration of benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), ensuring data integrity across all systems. • Support a culture of performance by ensuring that benefits information is clear and accessible, helping employees understand the full value of their total rewards. • Assist in the execution of workforce priorities by providing data and insights that help the People team plan for future team size and structure. • Resolve routine benefit issues for employees with empathy and urgency, elevating the consumer experience for our own team members. • Support the Benefits Manager in analyzing program usage and costs; contribute to the preparation of materials for annual renewals and open enrollment. • Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliance and accurate reporting for all benefit-related activities. • Act as a point of contact for external benefit vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery and resolve administrative discrepancies.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in HR or Benefits administration.
  • Solid understanding of benefits principles and practices; familiar with COBRA, ERISA, and HIPAA.
  • Ability to solve moderately varied problems and apply learned techniques to resolve issues independently.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience working within an HRIS (e.g., Paylocity, Workday).
  • Ability to explain complex benefit information clearly and concisely to employees at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
