• Manage all cost management activities of one or multiple complex projects. • Work with senior project managers, clients, and key stakeholders to support high-level strategic cost plans. • Develop a plan for the long-term support of the project including managing and reporting cost reports and analysis. • Establish the cost management program and deliverables to be used on large scale capital programs. • Integrate all third plans and cost components into integrated cost plan. • Lead effort to provide detailed analysis on cost risk, issues, and mitigations. • Drive the accruals and forecast process for the projects including detailed monthly, biweekly, and weekly reports as required. • Support the risk management process and plan. • Develop and lead the earned value component of complex manufacturing programs. • Review/approve invoices from subcontractors and third parties. • Assist with the development of RFPs, RFQs and other project-related contract negotiations.

• Monitor and manage daily cash balances across all bank accounts and highlight actions needed to ensure liquidity for all our entities • Execute daily fund transfers and payments • Process and track spot foreign exchange transactions to minimize cost of handling multiple currencies • Become a subject matter expert in the area of payments and assist other finance teams with day-to-day banking queries • Execute opening and closing bank accounts • Ensuring the timely and efficient update of bank mandates and ongoing KYC/AML compliance • Analyse and report on recommendations to reduce bank fees and increase interest income • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports • Analyze financial data to identify trends and risks • Support the preparation of cash flow budgets and forecasts • Process all debt related payments • Assist in managing foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate risk • Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury policies • Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions • Assist in various ad-hoc treasury projects and initiatives led by the Treasurer and other Finance leaders

Reporting to the QA Manager, you’ll take ownership of validating new features, hunting down bugs, and ensuring every release meets a high standard. You won’t be working in a silo. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering to embed quality across the entire SDLC, and partner with Product to shape requirements, improve consistency, and elevate the overall user experience. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving Agile team where your input genuinely influences the product. If you’re someone who’s detail-driven, curious, and always looking for smarter ways to test and improve systems, you’ll fit right in · 3+ years of experience Manual testing in software development of large, web-based software. · 3+ years of experience using Scrum and/or other Agile frameworks. · A strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle in Agile Environments. · Experience writing test cases, designing test plans, and with test automation. · Experience planning, designing and executing regression tests. · Experience with Azure DevOps. · Experience working in cross-collaborative environments with stakeholders such as Product, Professional Services, senior leadership and clients. · Experience in Student Information Systems, Ed-Tech or Education processes. · Experience analyzing requirements and translating them into effective test plans. · Experience reporting defects, writing supporting documentation, and reporting findings. · Ability to prioritize and manage testing tasks effectively within a defined timeframe. · Experience in testing and utilizing AI for Quality Assurance. · Experience with automation (Playwright and Typescript) is a bonus. · Execute manual testing of new features, as well as resolved defects · Maintain and Design new test cases · Plan and execute the regression cycle prior to each release · Analyze requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to help refine and elaborate features · Expertly report and document defects, work collaboratively with Development on solutions · Actively participate in Refinement, Grooming and Planning sessions Why work for us?
