Job Description

Commercial Director – Lower Saxony

Sanoptis

• You will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple ophthalmology clinics and ensure compliance with Sanoptis standards across the facilities. • You will monitor operational performance metrics including patient satisfaction, financial indicators, revenues, expenses and profitability. • You will collaborate with finance and accounting teams to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts and cost-control measures. • You will conduct performance reviews and set targets. • You will develop regional strategic plans aligned with our overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience in a demanding environment, e.g., management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar) or in other fast-paced organizations.
  • Proven ability to prepare and present business and financial analyses to senior leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take on significant responsibility and drive problem solving independently.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, including the ability to influence without formal authority and secure a key role in decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and process management skills.
  • Fluent German and English skills (minimum C1 level).
