• Provide strategic and operational leadership for clinical development programs across one or more therapeutic indications • Lead multiple cross-functional workstreams to drive program success • Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations and Program Management to support site engagement, trial execution, and vendor oversight • Develop and maintain strong relationships with investigators and key opinion leaders • Represent the organization at investigator meetings and scientific conferences • Deliver protocol-specific and therapeutic training; respond to trial-related medical inquiries from sites and investigators • Review incoming medical data, including laboratory, safety, and efficacy outputs • Contribute to the development of study protocols and regulatory documentation • Travel occasionally for study oversight and internal meetings
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree required.
- Minimum of 3-4+ years of clinical development experience
- Prior experience working in a small biotechnology company is required
- Proven expertise in global registrational trials; dermatology experience preferred
- Demonstrates a proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
- Leads with accountability and a willingness to take ownership as an individual contributor
- Strong ability to synthesize complex scientific information and consistently produce accurate, high-quality work
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative working style across functions
