• Der erste Eindruck zählt: Du repräsentierst SocialHub als Hunter nach außen! • Outbound Sales im B2B: Cold Calling für Erstkontakt mit potenziellen Kunden • Inbound Calls: Du übernimmst eingehende Kundenanfragen und entwickelst diese gezielt zu Sales-Opportunities weiter • LinkedIn Outreach: Aktive Ansprache und Netzwerkaufbau über Social Selling • 360° Verantwortung für die DACH-Raum Vertriebspipeline von Identifizierung, Qualifizierung, Verhandlung bis zum Closing • Durchführung von Demos unseres SaaS Produkt • Optimierung von Lead-Conversion, Kundenkommunikation und Verkaufsprozessen • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Success-Team zur Integration gewonnener Kunden • Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung der Software durch Feedback an das Produktteam
Job Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium
- +3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im B2B Sales im Software/SaaS Setting
- Kundenorientierung und überdurchschnittliches Engagement
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit, Verhandlungsgeschick und Freude im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten
- Ausgeprägte Social Media Affinität
- Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift (ab C1)
- Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift (ab B2)
- Nice to have Expertise mit Salesforce
