Manager, Regional Sales – West
Exact Sciences
• Lead a team of Regional Accounts Managers within a designated geography. • Effectively promote PreventionGenetics’ products and services to physicians and other health care providers. • Recruit, train, coach, and provide performance management for the team. • Maintain professional, genetic, and technical knowledge of products, policies, and procedures. • Train and mentor sales team members, including training new representatives on protocols and company sales culture. • Travel with direct reports to observe and provide training and coaching. • Manage the assigned area’s sales targets and report progress with the management team. • Establish communication and team operating mechanisms for collaboration within the team. • Ensure sales force compliance in Quality, Regulatory, and Company policies. • Identify and build relationships with key thought leaders and decision makers. • Collect ongoing customer insights, market trends, and communicate findings to leadership and peers. • Ensure effective use of sales processes and approved marketing material by the sales force. • Manage open territories effectively and recruit for new personnel as needed. • Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and foster a culture of high performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or field as outlined in the essential duties.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role in a medical, health care, or technical field.
- 1+ year of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license; no suspended, revoked, surrendered, invalid, etc. allowed.
- No more than two moving violations, events, or accidents within the last 36 months.
- No alcohol or drug event in which a vehicle was driven by the candidate or employee, including but not limited to Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) failure, refusal to submit to alcohol or drug test, alcohol related suspension, etc. in the last 36 months.
- No other results from the Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) check that expose Exact Sciences to what Exact Sciences deems to be an unacceptable level of liability.
- Ability to meet any requirements set by healthcare facilities for access to those facilities (e.g., vaccination requirements, mask requirements, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Own Utila’s enterprise sales motion across EMEA, driving new business, managing strategic accounts, and consistently closing high-value deals. • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with C-level executives, security teams, compliance, and technical buyers. • Build and execute a regional GTM strategy in collaboration with Marketing and Leadership, identifying priority markets, ICPs, and verticals. • Develop strong executive relationships with customers and partners, positioning Utila as a long-term strategic infrastructure provider. • Work closely with Product and PMM to provide market feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and refine messaging. • Own pipeline forecasting and revenue targets, maintaining high standards of deal qualification, CRM hygiene, and reporting.
