User Acquisition Manager – Paid Social

AppQuantum

• Manage international mobile projects with budgets starting at $300,000 per month (Monetization models: IAP and IAP+IAA) • Development and implementation of methodologies for working with new types of targeting • Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns to consistently meet KPIs • Generate and test hypotheses to improve campaign performance • Automate routine tasks in the procurement process • Collaborate with the creative team to find signals at your source • Maintain effective communication with traffic source representatives

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and TikTok (familiarity with Snapchat and Google Ads will be a plus)
  • Proficiency in mobile attribution fundamentals with experience using AppsFlyer or Adjust
  • Strong understanding of advertising campaign performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, etc.) and the ability to analyze and optimize large datasets
  • Solid knowledge of unit economics and its application to ad strategies
  • Proven experience managing and scaling advertising campaigns with budgets exceeding $300,000 per month
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools like Tableau
  • Expertise in market analysis with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Strong grasp of A/B testing, from designing experiments to analyzing results
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher – for effective negotiations, market analysis, and communication with international partners
  • Knowledge of Russian language
  • Understanding of SkadNetwork principles (will be a plus)

The people you’ll like to work with and things you'll enjoy impacting: As a Performance Marketing Manager reporting to the Head of Digital Acquisition in our Global Marketing team, your purpose will be to help drive global customer acquisition for both Booksy B2B and B2C. In this role, you will blend analytical rigor with creative experimentation to launch campaigns, build multichannel programs, optimize funnels, and own the KPIs that fuel product-led growth.
