E-Commerce, Commercial Experience Manager
Primal State Performance GmbH
• Campaign coordination: You oversee the implementation of marketing, brand and campaign initiatives in the Glow25 online shop in close coordination with the Marketing, Brand and CRM teams. • Conversion optimization: You ensure that all shop updates – landing pages, promotions, content, features – drive conversions, revenue growth and an outstanding user experience. • Interface management: You work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and consistent execution of all initiatives. • Quality assurance & brand consistency: You review all shop changes for compliance with brand guidelines, UX standards and technical correctness before go‑live. • Analysis & reporting: You monitor campaign and shop performance (conversion rate, AOV, engagement) and derive actionable recommendations for continuous optimization.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English and German
- Degree in Business Administration, E‑Commerce, Marketing, Media or a comparable qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce, online marketing or digital project management, ideally in a D2C environment
- Experience managing shop updates, campaign implementations and conversion optimization
- Confident working with shop systems (e.g., Shopify), web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio) and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Nice to have: A/B testing tools, UX/heatmap tools (e.g., Hotjar), CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo)
