Job Requirements
- Have a working knowledge of security technology process and concepts, security event management, security compliance.
- Have knowledge of computer networks concepts and protocols (HTTP, TLS, TCP/IP, DNS, BGP etc.).
- Exhibit understanding of DevOps or SecOps principles and implementation concepts related to web development, IT systems, or security practices.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trust relationships with customers
- Have experience in a customer-facing role within the Information Technology industry
