• Design, implement, and maintain automated build processes and scripts for Node.js, Python, Java, Flutter, React, and Angular projects. • Develop and manage containerization workflows using Docker, including multi-stage builds, optimized images, and security best practices. • Architect and operate Kubernetes-based deployments across various cloud providers (Azure, GCP, AWS). • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, and other relevant tooling. • Implement GitOps workflows using platforms such as ArgoCD or Flux, ensuring declarative infrastructure and automated delivery. • Create and maintain infrastructure-as-code templates using Terraform or other HashiCorp tooling. • Automate deployments, environment provisioning, configuration management, and release processes. • Ensure observability, logging, monitoring, and alerting are implemented and continuously improved. • Work closely with development teams to shape CI/CD workflows, build standards, and deployment strategies. • Enhance system reliability, scalability, and security across all environments. • Maintain cloud-native environments and ensure best practices for cost management, performance, and resilience. • Support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for deployment- and environment-related issues. • Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams regarding DevOps practices, deployment patterns, and cloud-native architecture.

• Set up and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS. • Take ownership for the set up and maintenance of our CI/CD pipeline • Assist and train team members in the use of infrastructure tools and the resolution of infrastructure issues. • Develop & deploy automated solutions to secure cloud development and delivery processes. • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructural systems and procedures. • Monitor infrastructure issues daily • Participates in an on-call rotation for 24x7 support of infrastructure issues. • Other duties as assigned.

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure automation using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and AWS CloudFormation. • Manage cloud infrastructure in AWS, including compute, networking, storage, and security components. • Administer and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or other related tools. • Automate monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog. • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of applications in production. • Implement security best practices across infrastructure and operations. • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, infrastructure, and application issues. • Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth deployments and a seamless workflow. • Contribute to incident management processes and maintain uptime SLAs. • Support and mentor other engineers and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Focus on the availability, security, scalability, and operational readiness of cloud-based solutions. • Implement and continuously improve development and delivery practices for our tools, platform, and patterns. • Implement technical initiatives and automation collaboratively and influence stakeholder conversations. • Enhance and further embed DevOps/SRE culture within the team and into wider delivery teams. • Enhance existing observability patterns by developing and enhancing dashboards, toolset etc. • Support delivery teams with new and innovative solutions that will delight customers. • Provide support for online applications to ensure they are available, scalable, resilient, and high performing. • Maintain the security and compliance of the production environment using PCI-DSS, ISM. • Develop and Enhance monitoring practices to improve the observability within technical environment. • Develop and Enhance dashboards to improve the observability for delivery teams. • Manage components like Load Balancers, Proxies, DNS, API Gateways etc and automate the provisioning and deployments. • Assist delivery teams by ensuring application deployments are aligned with the operational practices. • Provide guidance on the application architecture, security, scalability, and operational readiness. • Contribute to application and infrastructure architectural designs and patterns. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the SRE team processes and practices. • Assist delivery teams with understanding, managing, and optimizing cloud-based application costs using AWS Well-Architected Framework. • Contribute to the optimization of cloud-based costs. • Engage with internal stakeholders to meet their expectations. • Assist colleagues with building innovative working software and solutions for customers. • Evaluate and develop new capabilities enabling solutions. • Contribute to maintaining a safe, respectful, collaborative, and positive working environment. • Be a role model in culture and ways of working.
