• Identify and analyze cybersecurity threats impacting the organization's environment. • Responsible for proactively discovering new attacks through the use of advanced security monitoring techniques and tools. • Investigate and respond to identified security incidents using a defined incident response process • Create playbooks and processes to respond to incidents. • Collaborate with the engineering team to automate response to security incidents • Identify emerging threats and ensure the detection and response capabilities of the organization are updated for the latest threat landscape. • Perform threat modeling across the technologies and applications across the organization and ensure that all identified threats have required security controls in place. • Identify data sources and security monitoring use cases relevant to the organization's threat defense requirements and onboard them to the SIEM platform. • Operate and Administer SIEM platform • Utilize security tools like SIEM, EDR, WAF, IDS, Netflow to investigate and respond to threats • Responsible for assessing, curating, and managing Threat intelligence feeds to enable the correlation of security events. • Participates in an on-call rotation for 24x7 support of security operations.

• You will work directly with the CTO and will be part of the Engineering team. • You will communicate and collaborate across the organization to: Develop and maintain our products. • Contribute to the ideation, technical design, implementation, and testing of product features that will transform the capital markets. • Implement support for various blockchain architectures and integrate our applications to various native blockchains. • Design & deliver thoughtfully crafted REST APIs, interfaces and database schemas to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance. • Developing internal back-office website applications: front-to-back, i.e. UX, DB, APIs. • Produce high quality software following good architecture and design principles that are scalable. • Contribute to test automation within an agile team. • Participate in and contribute actively to architecture reviews, code reviews, design reviews, postmortems, and raise the bar for engineering best practices across the team. • Document changes and guides for the applications. • Setup and maintenance of infrastructure: Setup and secure blockchain nodes, wallets and application servers. • Write scripts to automate the deployment of infrastructure. • Perform regular maintenance on servers and nodes to ensure business continuity. • On-call rotation for incidents. • Document steps and processes for the setup and maintenance of infrastructure. • Provide technical support for our customers. • Document solutions for common problems. • Provide technical support for our operations team to solve operational issues. • Perform operational duties on a rotational basis. • Document operational processes. • Follow defined processes to ensure that compliance is met. • Keeping abreast of the developments in cryptocurrencies and digital assets.

• Set up and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS. • Take ownership for the set up and maintenance of our CI/CD pipeline • Assist and train team members in the use of infrastructure tools and the resolution of infrastructure issues. • Develop & deploy automated solutions to secure cloud development and delivery processes. • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructural systems and procedures. • Monitor infrastructure issues daily • Participates in an on-call rotation for 24x7 support of infrastructure issues. • Other duties as assigned.
