Project Assistant

• Be the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful project execution. • Understand business needs and collaborate with team members to craft scope documents and proposals • Ensure effective sales pitch, followed by follow-through meetings and other communication channels to maintain an active pipeline leading to closed deals • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned Accounts, hold regular discussions, and help overcome any issues that arise • Manage multiple Accounts while also identifying new business opportunities among them • Work closely with Project Managers in creating invoices for the Accounts

• Gather, interpret, and evaluate project requirements and business needs in collaboration with project managers and owners. • Conduct research, engage in outside-the-box thinking and provide direction for visual and conceptual inspirations for the project. • Execute visual design stages the UX designer provides from concept to final hand-off to developers. • Design high-fidelity website and mobile mockups and mobile app mockups that follow best practices and design standards. • Coordinate with Web Developers, Content Managers, and Project Managers. • Create clickable prototypes that best illustrate the functionality, features, and usability of a website or a mobile app. • Maintain a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines. • Present and explain finalized ideas and concepts to clients or project managers. • Keep abreast of the latest and emerging software, technologies, techniques, and other trends in the tech and design industry that may be beneficial to the company
