• Design apps (desktop, web, mobile) for physicians and teammates to help them manage, treat, and improve the lives and the care of their patients • Dive into a problem space, ask the right questions, and advocate for the needs of the user within the design process • Communicate the needs of the users to stakeholders, designers, project managers, and developers • Conduct research further upstream in the organization to improve clinical processes and experiment on solutions • Create & run multiple types of user tests, analyze the collected data, and present the results along with your recommendations and meaningful user insights to all organizational levels with the highest quality.

• Elevate the UX Practice: Evangelize user-centered design principles across the company.
