Job Description: Kodiak Solutions is seeking candidates for a legal internship. The internship position involves engaging with the in-house counsel team on a variety of responsibilities, including: - Assisting with customer and vendor contracts. Including regulatory issues that may arise. - Participating in customer calls and discussions with outside counsel. - Collaborating closely with our paralegal and contract administrator on various entity and contract-related projects. This role offers a valuable opportunity for law students to gain hands-on experience in a corporate legal environment and develop practical skills that will benefit their future careers Requirements: - Must have completed at least 1 year of law school by May 2026 - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, manage time properly, be a team player, work fast but work well. - Exposure/knowledge of basic analytics - Proficient with Microsoft Office To be considered for this internship, you must be a current college student. This role is designed specifically for students who are currently earning a bachelor's degree.
