This fully remote role is responsible for leading sophisticated commercial litigation matters from intake through resolution, developing and executing case strategies, and delivering practical, business-minded advocacy. • Serving as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for Commercial Legal and leading the team to provide excellent legal support for sales, partnership, and vendor contract reviews and negotiations. Role Description We are seeking a Federal Civil/ Criminal Defense Attorney to join our law firm in an Of Counsel Position. In this role, you will provide legal counsel, perform legal research, draft documents, and update and maintain files. You will work closely with the managing attorney, other colleagues, and senior partners to provide excellent legal services to our clients. Candidates with previous experience as a federal criminal prosecutor, DOJ, OIG, SEC, or ASUA will receive more consideration. Must have experience with federal False Claims Act cases, qui tam cases, Federal Health care fraud defense, procurement fraud, and or white-collar crime cases.
