This is a fully remote role operating on Eastern Time hours. You will play a critical role in how prospective and existing clients experience the firm from the very first interaction. This is not a passive, call-answering role. It requires ownership, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional-services environment.
