Job Description

Primary Care Physician, FM

K Health

• Provide text and video based comprehensive care, including acute care • Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician • Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health needs • Manage patient follow ups for chronic care programs • Prescribe medication and refills as appropriate • Drive high-quality care with a focus on patient outcomes • Elevate remote care by providing compassionate and meaningful patient care

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of post-residency work experience
  • Active state license in NJ required; CT, PA & NY state licenses preferred
  • Board-Certified in Family Medicine
  • Must be currently enrolled, or eligible for enrollment, as a Medicare provider
  • Primary care experience and behavioral health experience, ability to treat both acute and chronic care conditions
  • Should be tech-savvy, proactive, organized, detail-oriented
  • Clean background and medical malpractice history
  • Willing to commit to 40 hours per week, including 36 clinical hours: 12 hours on Saturday, 12 hours on Sunday, and 12 hours on one weekday
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus!
