• Own and execute the SEO and SEM strategy to drive high-intent, scalable user acquisition. • Grow organic traffic and improve rankings for priority financial keywords that generate qualified leads and application installs. • Lead Google Search Ads campaigns, optimising for cost-efficiency, lead quality, and conversion performance. • Optimise the full search acquisition funnel from search query to landing page to lead to application and activation. • Continuously test and improve landing pages, messaging, and user journeys to increase conversion rates. • Identify and eliminate inefficient spend through deep analysis of search terms, user intent, and performance data. • Track, analyse, and report on acquisition performance, including traffic growth, lead volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost. • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that accelerate search-led growth. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to align search strategy with business objectives.

Additional Information In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $70696.34 and $124230.14. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
