• Work with the Solution Architect to design the delivery solution for the clients. • Onboarding for the new client or new use case of existing clients. • Coordinate with internal teams like R&D, infrastructure, algorithm and other teams, to debug and fix issues for the clients. • Coordinate with the vendors for any issue/requirement and fix/finish. • Coding for the integration with the client system. • Create documents for the process of each project, including design doc, architecture, training doc etc.

• Perform basic engineering work and design tasks under a senior engineer’s supervision • Perform standard computations and analysis • Perform load calculations, equipment selection and pressure drop calculations • Utilize AutoCAD and Revit software to prepare drawings and visual aids • Assist in the review and creation of drawings details, schedules, sequence of operations and drawing content as directed • Survey existing building conditions and prepare technical reports of findings • Collect data and other information for construction documents • Prepare project design and construction documents • Basic review and editing of project specifications • Basic review of long lead equipment and impact on design conditions • Work as part of the engineering team and interact closely with the project management team • Assist with construction administration tracking (submittals, RFIs, etc.) • Review shop drawings and submittals • Review and respond to RFIs • Assist with punch lists and project closeout documents • Prepare project progress reports for internal and external stakeholders • Provide status updates on work products • Leverage AI-enabled and digital tools to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support consistent, high-quality work output

• Support identity management systems and related initiatives to enhance security and efficiency, using AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery. • Monitor, log, audit, and report on IAM services to business stakeholders, leveraging AI tools to surface anomalies and streamline reporting. • Provide technical expertise in the implementation of identity management, single sign-on (SSO), role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA). • Maintain custom code bases for self-hosted sign-in pages for the Common Customer Hub, using AI coding assistants to write, review, and refactor more efficiently. • Provide technical assistance with onboarding new connected systems, using AI to accelerate documentation and reduce ramp time. • Offer on-call support for IAM services to ensure reliability and security, using AI to speed up root cause analysis and incident response. • Develop automated workflows and tools to improve service delivery and efficiency, using AI to identify automation opportunities and accelerate development. • Solve service delivery-related performance issues. • Contribute to the design and enhancement of IAM policies, standards, and best practices, using AI to research and iterate on governance documentation.
