Job Description

QA Lead – SFCC, e-Commerce

JWay Group, Inc.

• Lead the QA team in performing unit, UI/UX, defect, system, and integration testing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud based sites • Design, develop, document, and implement QA processes company-wide • Ensure adherence to industry best practices • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and Designers • Create and document test cases and scripts for larger projects • Guide the team in their execution • Conduct additional testing as needed with other vendor applications • Drive the ongoing process of improving test efficiency and accuracy • Actively participate in team meetings, fostering collaboration • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in QA
  • At least 3+ years of specific experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) testing (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in testing eCommerce platforms
  • Strong understanding of SFCC features and extensions
  • Proven experience in a QA Lead or similar role
  • Strong background in software testing methodologies and processes
  • Ability to switch between clients and projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience conducting QA testing in SFCC environments
  • Familiarity with Business Manager
  • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Experience working in an agile environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) or other defect tracking systems
