Sourcing Specialist
AtoB
• Partner with HR, Marketing, Legal, Agent Development/Support/Training, Operations, IT, and Recruiters to create and implement talent sourcing, marketing, recruiting, and agent onboarding strategies. • Coordinate new marketing initiatives to enhance employer brand and generate new, quality leads. • Develop and implement various email and social media campaigns to secure new business. • Develop and manage budget, expense reports, contract negotiations, and daily activities of the team to successfully achieve goals. • Source sub-agents/sales reps as needed. • Update “Do not solicit” list in OneDrive as needed. • Source/explore options for new sourcing/recruiting platforms. • Order and maintain swag for new agents and agent acquisition (Company Store). • Other tasks assigned through Marketing, Agent Development, Agent Operations/Field Sales, VP of Agent Recruiting and executive team to further develop any process for the Agent Acquisition team and Agent Network. • Ordering business cards, website design/content for Agent page, content and distribution of marketing brochures and presentations, etc.
Job Requirements
- Efficiently and effectively source new freight sales professionals that meet or exceed our standard requirements for our agent program.
- Identify, prospect and develop qualified leads through cold calling, internet research, social media, email campaigns (Constant Contact), LinkedIn, industry publications, and any other marketing outlets as needed.
- Effectively screen all inbound and outbound leads to determine quality.
- Attend career events and conferences to drive qualified leads.
- Produce consistent amount of qualified leads.
- Build strong relationships with prospective partners.
- Organize and document all steps of the sourcing and recruiting process through our CRM, Sales Force.
- Partner with HR, Marketing, Legal, Agent Development/Support/Training, Field Sales, Operations, and Recruiters to create and implement talent sourcing, marketing, and recruiting strategies.
- Actively participate in quarterly email campaign to new prospects.
- Actively participate in new marketing initiatives.
- Other tasks as assigned/needed.
