Customer Service Analyst, German Speaker

• Provide technical assistance via phone, email and webex to clients across the globe for eProcurement tools. • Proactively communicate issue status in a timely way to the clients and the management. • Take ownership of issues until they are successfully resolved. Ensuring the timely resolution to meet our ‘Service Level Objectives’ (SLOs). • Making outbound calls to clients if process demands. • Efficiently and concisely document support calls/email support inquiries and resolution into the company’s tracking system, practicing ITIL concepts. • Filing ‘Solutions’ and ‘Problem Reports’ - coordinating with various concerned departments to ensure the dynamic fixture of bugs and issues. • Deliver product training courses to customers and internal staff. • Develop a strong professional rapport with assigned customer accounts to help build our business relationship with them. • Perform UAT`s as required and ensure complete documentation as defined. • Assist Sales and professional services teams in terms of trainings of products and troubleshooting. • Develop training material if need be and update it on a timely basis. • Function as a core part of the team, aligning individual activities to meet the goals of the team and organization at large.
Procurement Sourcing Analyst, German Speaker

• Managing an end to end sourcing process by finding suitable suppliers, executing requests for proposals and preparing price analyses (or, a price analysis) • Supplier and basic market research • Conducting and managing supplier evaluations for our clients • Supporting clients with day to day ad-hoc sourcing requests, various cost, change management & supplier performance management • Completing product or service requirements • Collecting data, compiling & analysing the results to present a consistent analysis to clients
• Review purchase requisitions and identify sources of supply • Assure compliance to preferred Buying Channels • Identify and resolve Purchase Order / Purchase Requisition processing issues • Select contract / supplier to fill requisitions in accordance with approved purchasing strategies • Determine if requested items are available in catalogue and implement predefined action • Work with buyers / client group and suppliers to resolve delivery issues and process claims • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies & account disbursements • Maintain the Vendor Master Records/Updates/New Vendor Setup • Work with supplier and end user to resolve invoice, damaged / returned goods, and ship date issues • Maintain professional interactions with outside suppliers as well as a strong partnership with client users • Advise customer of modifications from original requests • Execute low value sourcing events
