• Als Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de complete realisatie van meerdere internationale projecten vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Oosterhout. • Je bent in de lead van een multidisciplinair projectteam en rapporteert aan de Manager Projectmanagement. • Je bent de schakel tussen Tanis en de klant, waarbij je zorg draagt voor het tijdig realiseren van jouw projecten binnen de begrote kosten, klantspecificaties en planning. • Voor het gehele project stel je de planning op, je bewaakt deze en je neemt maatregelen wanneer er knelpunten zijn. • Je signaleert tijdig problemen, schat de risico’s in en neemt maatregelen om te zorgen dat je het beoogd resultaat voor het project behaalt. • Je onderhoudt gedurende je projecten intensief contact met onze internationale klanten en leveranciers.

Job Requirements

  • Je hebt een afgeronde technische hbo-opleiding
  • Je hebt ruime (internationale) werkervaring opgedaan als Project Manager met complexe technische projecten, bij voorkeur binnen de kapitaalgoederen industrie en/of machinebouw
  • Je hebt bite, bent doortastend en resultaatgericht en hebt uitstekende projectmanagement skills
  • Je bent sterk in relatiemanagement, zowel met interne als externe stakeholders
  • Je communiceert makkelijk op alle niveaus, hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal en bent bekend met MS Projects.

Role Description We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and lead the onboarding and implementation of our legal software solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management with a proven track record of successfully managing software implementation from initiation to completion. You are the single point of contact to not only define the scope of the project, but to help craft solutions for issues presented. In this role, you will communicate with cross-functional departments to ensure expectations, commitments and transparency of project progress. Implementation Project Managers will manage multiple projects, ensuring milestones are met and successful hand-offs occur with the Customer Success Manager. Responsibilities - Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new customers adopting our legal software solutions. - Coordinate with customers to gather requirements, ensure project deliverables, and establish project timelines and milestones. - Coordinate with internal teams, including Product, Training, Support and Customer Success Teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables. - Provide regular project status updates to customers and internal stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and issues resolutions. - Build and maintain healthy customer relationships while ensuring clear communication and understanding of the project between all involved Centerbase departments and the customer. - Proactively anticipate potential risks before they escalate into issues, and effectively implement measures to mitigate these risks. - Educate customers on the benefits of Centerbase to ensure a maximum return on their investment. - Partner with customers on change management to help with adoption within their business. - Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to identify upsell opportunities and drive customer satisfaction. - Communicate internally about process improvement, recommendations and gaps to continue to drive the most effective and efficient implementation possible. - Facilitate hand-off calls with Customer Success Team to ensure internal knowledge is transferred and succinctly breakdown milestones of the projects, outstanding issues and or risk associated. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in legal technology and project management. - Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications - Passion in helping customers, serving as an advocate for their success by leading impactful, engaging sessions and providing the best customer experience. - Analytical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Advanced written and communication skills. - Experience with legal industry and or software solutions is desirable. - Able to communicate at all levels of an organization and present project statuses with regularity. - Can teach customers how to leverage software on their own to ensure project and scope stays on track. - Can execute on deadlines and manage expectations while mitigating risk. - Effective at up/down communication to ensure successful hand-offs and key learnings to drive process improvement.
