• Create eye-catching and humorous graphic ads for digital ad campaigns (FB/Google) • Lead the creative direction for the Company. • Proposing graphic design ideas for our website, products, social media accounts, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns and templates • Leading design projects from conceptualization to execution • Working with our management team to translate marketing requirements into compelling designs • Ensuring consistency of branding and design across digital customer touch points • Designing and executing both layouts and marketing assets for homepage features, landing pages, digital marketing, social media, site banners, packaging, product labels, newsletters, mobile, email blasts, etc • Producing and editing imagery and occasionally contributing to videography projects • Ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and to a high standard
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years successful professional design experience, preferably at a digital agency or ecommerce company
- Someone with a strong portfolio which they can use to showcase to us their previous work
- An individual who is highly capable of working independently and with minimal supervision/direction/guidance
- A natural creative with a vision for design
- Someone with marketing experience who is experienced in humorous content creation

Reporting to the Marketing Design Manager, you will lead and contribute to multi-channel creative initiatives that span campaigns, product marketing, sales enablement, internal comms, and more.
