• Oversee and take responsibility for the successful completion and timeliness of Salesforce projects within a set budget and schedule. • Work with internal stakeholders to transition clients from Business Development to Delivery. • Produce a detailed delivery schedule by facilitating the team to plan out more detailed design and development cycles; • Schedule regular touchpoints with team and client that is right for the project. • Tailor your communication style or method depending on the situation and recipient. • Prepare reports for clients and internal management regarding the status of projects and address issues/concerns when appropriate. • Own and execute the project according to A5 Methodology with mindfulness of the SOW’s contractual obligation. • Maintain project budget by setting expectations with team and client on budget availability. • Proactively identify roadblocks and risks, and take the initiative to facilitate solutions.
Job Requirements
- At Least 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within a consulting environment.
- Experience managing multiple client projects at one time (including but not limited to implementations, upgrades, and new installations).
- Deep understanding of project management methods and processes with the ability to apply them to projects.
- SCRUM certifications or expertise is a plus.
- Strong business and technical acumen.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.

• Support the Inside Sales team with commercial programs by ensuring tasks stay on track • Assist in updating results, help prepare data and reporting prior/post event • Track and communicate results from various Commercial projects • Partner with CI Managers to ensure project goals are achieved • Lead coordination to define requirements and scope for strategic projects • Schedule tasks, deadlines, and key milestones to ensure timely project delivery • Meet with business sponsors regularly to communicate project progress and discuss issues • Resolve issues with the appropriate level of management • Manage “scope creep” by building consensus about changes to the project plan • Analyze and interpret complex production and processes • Partner with key business stakeholders to identify opportunities and make recommendations

• Als Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de complete realisatie van meerdere internationale projecten vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Oosterhout. • Je bent in de lead van een multidisciplinair projectteam en rapporteert aan de Manager Projectmanagement. • Je bent de schakel tussen Tanis en de klant, waarbij je zorg draagt voor het tijdig realiseren van jouw projecten binnen de begrote kosten, klantspecificaties en planning. • Voor het gehele project stel je de planning op, je bewaakt deze en je neemt maatregelen wanneer er knelpunten zijn. • Je signaleert tijdig problemen, schat de risico’s in en neemt maatregelen om te zorgen dat je het beoogd resultaat voor het project behaalt. • Je onderhoudt gedurende je projecten intensief contact met onze internationale klanten en leveranciers.
