• Oversee and take responsibility for the successful completion and timeliness of Salesforce projects within a set budget and schedule. • Work with internal stakeholders to transition clients from Business Development to Delivery. • Produce a detailed delivery schedule by facilitating the team to plan out more detailed design and development cycles; • Schedule regular touchpoints with team and client that is right for the project. • Tailor your communication style or method depending on the situation and recipient. • Prepare reports for clients and internal management regarding the status of projects and address issues/concerns when appropriate. • Own and execute the project according to A5 Methodology with mindfulness of the SOW’s contractual obligation. • Maintain project budget by setting expectations with team and client on budget availability. • Proactively identify roadblocks and risks, and take the initiative to facilitate solutions.

Job Requirements

  • At Least 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within a consulting environment.
  • Experience managing multiple client projects at one time (including but not limited to implementations, upgrades, and new installations).
  • Deep understanding of project management methods and processes with the ability to apply them to projects.
  • SCRUM certifications or expertise is a plus.
  • Strong business and technical acumen.
  • Salesforce certifications are preferred.
