Regional Quality Manager

Accredited Labs

• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and internal quality requirements • Prepare for and participate in internal audits and external accreditation assessments (A2LA, ANAB, etc.) • Serve as a primary point of contact with accrediting bodies • Oversee corrective actions, nonconformances, and customer complaints in partnership with local branch quality representatives • Provide quality oversight for 7–10 laboratory locations • Drive consistency in procedures, documentation, and execution across all sites • Support integration of newly acquired laboratories into the Accredited Labs QMS • Identify and implement process improvements aligned with accreditation requirements • Contribute to standardization efforts, including use of IndySoft calibration software • Lead technical oversight with a strong focus on technical competence • Review and evaluate measurement uncertainty budgets for accuracy and consistency • Support method validation, verification, and technical problem solving • Support training and competency development across branches

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017
  • Experience working with accrediting bodies such as A2LA or ANAB
  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial accredited calibration laboratory environment
  • Experience supporting or leading internal audits and external assessments
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, multisite environment
